These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services operated by Entrinsic Ltd (registered in England & Wales), including Snooker Sim, CueSim, and Trick Machine (together, the “Service”).

“Snooker Sim”, “CueSim”, “Trick Machine”, “Entrinsic”, and the associated logos are trademarks of Entrinsic Ltd.
Subject to these Terms, Entrinsic Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play in your browser.
No other rights are granted. The Service, its source code, physics engine, artwork, UI, copy, data, and any generated shot recommendations are the property of Entrinsic Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright, database, and trademark laws.
You may not, and may not attempt to, without prior written permission from Entrinsic Ltd:
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Parts of the Service are free to play. Where paid options are offered, they are digital products delivered to your account immediately after payment: a 24-hour day pass, a monthly pass that renews automatically until cancelled, and one-off bonus packs. The price, billing period and currency are shown on the checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles applicable tax; card details are provided to Paddle and are never received or stored by Entrinsic Ltd. Purchases are tied to your account, so a pass works on any device you sign in on.
The monthly pass renews at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, without fee, from the account panel in the app or from the links in Paddle's receipt emails; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling a pass does not delete your account or your saved content.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund policy. We may change prices or the contents of a paid option for future purchases; changes never affect a pass you have already bought.
If you create or share challenges, scores, or other content through the Service, you grant Entrinsic Ltd a non-exclusive license to host, display, and operate that content as needed to provide the Service. You must not upload content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful.
The Service is an independent simulator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the WPBSA, World Snooker Tour, any tournament, player, manufacturer, or other third party. Names or marks referenced are the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrinsic Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date below will be revised when we make material changes.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your limited license to use the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
