How cancellations and refunds work for anything you buy on Trick Machine.
Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll put it right.
Everything on Trick Machine is digital and delivered to your account immediately after payment. Where paid options are offered, they are:
The current price, billing period and currency are always shown on the checkout before you pay.
Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, issues your receipt and handles any tax. Your card details are given to Paddle and never reach us. Refunds are issued by Paddle, back to the original payment method.
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, from the account panel in the app or from the links in the receipt emails Paddle sends you. When you cancel:
Email us within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund in full if:
Outside those cases we may decline, because the product is digital and is delivered and consumed immediately: a day pass that has already run, bonuses that have already been spent, or a month you've played through aren't normally refundable. We don't refund partial months on a subscription you've been using — cancel instead and it will simply not renew.
We'd still rather hear from you than not. If something felt unfair, say so and we'll look at it properly.
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to change your mind about digital content. Because our products are made available to your account instantly, you are asked to agree at checkout that supply begins immediately, which can end that cancellation right once delivery has started. Nothing in this policy removes your legal rights where the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

We aim to reply within a few working days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle straight away; how quickly the money appears is then down to your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 working days.
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — it's almost always faster to sort out directly, and we're happy to.
